Condensed milk 70

Brought wets to rolling boil. Added flour, cooked for 5 mins or so? Cooled, added eggs. Batter had many small lumps inside. Perhaps it’s because eggs were cold?

Baked for 10 mins at 200, 15 mins at 175 with one tray rotation. Insides still custardy but bottoms were really dark. Switched off oven and left inside for 10 mins.
