French toast with caramelized apples

Egg 110
Milk 150
Sugar 2T

Slice white bread into 1 inch thick slices . Dip each side into mixture but don’t soak all the way through. Add butter to pan.Fry on med-low heat, about 2-3 mins each side, until deep golden brown. While one side is cooking, sprinkle sugar on the other side.

Caramelized apples
Slice apples into half inch thick slices. Add butter. On medium heat, briefly sauté apples. Add sugar and turn heat to high.
