Chicken 1 kg marinated in 1 egg and spy sauce and cornflour
Oyster sauce 5T
Soy sauce 7 T
Hor fun 1kg
Sweet sauce 1/3cuo
Over high heat and 1m diameter pot, fry onion with oil till fragrant. Add egg and scramble. Add chicken and fry until half cooked, then add seasoning. Taste and adjust.
Add Hor fun and fry until hot. Drizzle sweet sauce, taste and adjust.
